so its a happy Chanukah AND Thanksgiving.
Happy to be alive - however tricky.
Happy t ohave friends - however distant.
Happy to have a family - however scattered.
Happy to have my health -however croaky
Happy to have a brain - however addled
Happy to have a house - however costly
Happy to have a future - however muddy
Happy to be here.
And for those of you who have lost loved ones, or are in pain I send all the love and light I can muster on this grey day.

Jeni you have no idea how much better you've just made me feel! Thank you
Sweet Jeni ... you always blog us even though I am sure you are busy. Happy Holidays to come to you and all. Another year .... I look back at this year and would only tweet a couple of things. However , I am addressing those tweets full on! Nearly there. Getting settled with my built life.
Good to see your voice again, Jeni, feels a long time. Chag Sameach Chanukah. Hope your candles burn brightly all year.
Happy Chanukah Xxhugxx
Happy Chanukah to you too, dear!
May the light of the candles give you warmth and happiness.
Make sure you have at least one fried and oily potato latkah! You could walk it off afterwards!
